Apollo Operating's waste water disposal facility (the Apollo 15-18 I) is a Class II UIC disposal well located in Weld County, Colorado that accepts waste water on a commercial basis for reinjection into the Lyons formation. Prior to injection, brine water flows through a number of tanks and filters that knock out any solids and separate trace condensate [OIL] from the water. At full commercial capacity the facility is capable of injecting multiple thousands of barrels of water on a daily basis with an average condensate cut of roughly 0.03%-1.00%. The facility accepts waste water from 7AM to 10PM, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. |

Apollo was granted approval for Class II waste water injection on November 4, 2008. |

As an oil and gas operator, Apollo understands the idea of total water management in the oil and gas sector. As such, we are exploring joint ventures with various firms regarding water recycling technologies to reuse the effluent water the Apollo 15-18I facility receives on a daily basis. |
